Attending your first session with a new counselor can be anxiety inducing, and I am so thankful that you are considering this first step! I aim to make first sessions as comfortable as possible. These last about 50 minutes and we will explore what is bringing you into counseling. If you have specific questions about this, please do not hesitate to ask.

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours beforehand. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
